DOBUY TECH TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Dobuy Tech. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dobuy Tech.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, payment, and delivery information and to update it where necessary. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices, and images.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Any such variation does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description.

Please review the compatibility, dimensions, included accessories, and other specifications before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification.

Products are subject to availability. Changes to product listings will not alter an order we have already accepted without your agreement.

3. Prices and Payments

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed before you complete your order.

Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

If we identify a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. An automated acknowledgement does not, by itself, confirm acceptance.

We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and any associated undelivered shipping service.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Available delivery areas, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Please provide a complete address and a reachable telephone number. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If delivery is delayed, lost, or unsuccessful, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Any proposed additional charge for redelivery caused by incorrect information or a missed delivery will be explained and agreed with you before redelivery.

6. Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, contact dobuytechshop@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will try to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, you may need to follow our return process. This does not limit any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled order.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 5-calendar-day change-of-mind return window, starting on the date you receive your order.

Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and any tags. Proof of purchase is required.

The 5-day window and change-of-mind conditions do not restrict your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, or your applicable warranty rights.

8. Faulty Products and Warranties

Please contact us promptly if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match its description.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable UAE law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Any product-specific commercial warranty and its conditions will be provided with the product or its listing. A commercial warranty does not replace your statutory rights.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification may fall outside a commercial warranty where permitted by law. This does not exclude claims relating to an independent product defect.

9. Product Use

Use products according to the supplied instructions, safety information, and compatibility requirements.

Do not use products for unlawful purposes or modify them in a way that creates a safety risk. Contact us if instructions are missing or unclear.

10. Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

• Submit false orders or use payment details without permission.

• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorisation.

• Introduce malware or interfere with the website’s operation.

• Copy or exploit protected website content without permission or another lawful basis.

• Send abusive, threatening, or unlawful communications.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect security. Such action does not remove our obligations regarding existing purchases or your statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, including our branding, text, graphics, and original images, belongs to Dobuy Tech or the relevant rights holders.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. Reproduction or commercial use of protected content requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Reviews and Feedback

If you submit a review or other content, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringe another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it for publication, you permit us to display and reproduce it for the purpose for which you submitted it, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.

We may remove content that violates these conditions. We will not alter a review to misrepresent your opinion.

13. Third-Party Services

Our store uses Shopify and may offer payment services or links operated by other providers.

Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. Please review them when using their services. Their involvement does not remove Dobuy Tech’s responsibilities to you as the seller.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

Acceptance of these terms does not constitute consent to marketing or other processing that requires separate consent.

15. Liability and Consumer Rights

We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law, including obligations relating to product conformity, safety, delivery, refunds, and personal information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any limitation or exclusion in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Events outside our reasonable control may affect fulfilment, including severe weather, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

If an event affects your order, we will communicate with you and take reasonable steps to resolve the situation. These events do not automatically remove your rights to cancellation, refunds, or other remedies under applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. You retain the right to approach the relevant consumer protection authority or competent court.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

The terms in effect when your order is accepted will apply to that order unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
